In October 2012, Dr. Paul Wood presented the Five Steps to Freedom to more than 2,000 people at the ideas forum, TEDx Auckland. His presentation has been described as “refreshing”, “exceptional” and “inspirational”. Paul tells his personal story and encourages people to take the initiative to achieve a life of freedom. Coaching the Chiefs
In February 2015, Dr Paul Wood spoke to the New Zealand professional rugby team the Chiefs on how to turn adversity to advantage and bring your “A Game” regardless of circumstances. He also discussed how to diminish the negative impact of stress and maintain motivation and positivity.
